  • Soil:Well-draining, loose soil with a pH of 6.0-7.0.
  • Spacing:Sow seeds 1 inch apart in rows 12 inches apart.
  • Depth:Plant seeds ½ inch deep.
  • Water:Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
  • Harvest:Harvest when roots are about 1 inch in diameter. Do not leave them in the ground too long as they can become woody.
