Planting Instructions:

      • Location:Choose a location with partial shade to filtered sunlight. Azaleas prefer well-drained, acidic soil rich in organic matter.
      • Planting:Dig a hole that’s slightly wider but no deeper than the root ball. Place the azalea in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil.
      • Spacing:Space multiple azaleas according to their mature size, typically about 2 to 6 feet apart.
      • Care:Water newly planted azaleas regularly to keep the soil evenly moist. Mulch around the plants to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage new growth. Fertilize with an acidic fertilizer formulated for azaleas in spring after flowering.
