Planting Instructions:

      • Location:Full sun to partial shade.
      • Soil:Well-drained, fertile soil. Daylilies are adaptable to various soil types but prefer slightly acidic to neutral pH.
      • Planting: Plant bare-root or container-grown daylilies in spring or fall. Dig a hole deep enough to accommodate the roots without burying the crown (where the leaves meet the roots). Space plants about 18 to 24 inches apart.
      • Watering:Water thoroughly after planting and keep soil consistently moist during the first growing season. Once established, daylilies are drought-tolerant and require minimal watering.
      • Maintenance:Deadhead spent flowers to encourage continuous blooming. Remove dead foliage and old flower stalks to maintain appearance. Divide clumps every few years to prevent overcrowding and rejuvenate plants.
