Micro Cilantro

Description

Micro cilantro, also known as coriander microgreens, are the young, tender shoots of the cilantro plant. They have a concentrated cilantro flavor and are often used as a garnish.

Planting Instructions:

• Timing: Plant year-round indoors or outdoors during cooler seasons.
• Soil: Use a high-quality, well-draining potting mix.
• Spacing: Sow seeds thickly in shallow trays or directly in garden beds.
• Depth: Lightly cover seeds with a thin layer of soil, about 1/8 inch deep.
• Water: Keep the soil consistently moist with a fine mist or gentle watering.
• Harvest: Harvest when the microgreens are about 1-2 inches tall, usually within 10-14 days.
