Planting Instructions:

      • Location:Plant Columbine in a location with partial shade to full sun, especially in regions with hot summers like Oregon. Morning sun and afternoon shade are ideal.
      • Planting:Dig a hole that’s slightly wider but no deeper than the root ball. Place the Columbine in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil.
      • Spacing:Space Columbine plants about 12 to 18 inches apart.
      • Care:Water newly planted Columbine regularly until established. Once established, it prefers consistent moisture but can tolerate short periods of drought. Mulch around the plants to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Deadhead spent flowers to promote continuous blooming and prevent self-seeding if desired.
