Creeping Bentgrass is a cool-season grass with a very fine texture, often used on golf course greens and fairways. It spreads by stolons, forming a dense, uniform turf.
Planting Instructions:
- Optimal Planting Time: Early fall (September to October) or early spring (March to April).
- Soil Preparation: Till the soil to a depth of 4-6 inches, and remove weeds and debris. Ensure good soil drainage.
- Seeding Rate: 1-2 pounds per 1,000 square feet.
